On average it was observed that hair grows on head at the rate of 0.5 mm approximately a day. This rate varies from age to age. This also depend upon the genes, diet, and lifestyle. But it is not possible to have long hairs in a night.Here are some fit tips for your hair growth:
  1. As hair are made from protein, so you should increase the protein ratio in your daily diet. Eggs, fish, yogurt, milk, wheat gram, beans, nuts, and soya beans are useful to sources of protein.
  2. You should massage your head daily with worm oil this will increase the circulation of blood in your head.
  3. Mustard oil is the best thing that increases your hair growth rate. It thickens your hair and give them a shine. Mustard oil maintain the health of your hair so apply it on hair at least once in a day.
  4. Coconut oil is also good for hairs but when you massage your hair with it. At least give it a hour so that it can be absorbed in your hair. After one hour you can wash it.
  5. Take fresh amla and lemon juice in equal quantity mix it properly. Now use it as shampoo it will simulate your hair growth. This solution also prevent the hair loss.
  6. Drink a plenty of water according to your physique and sleep for 8 to 9 hours daily, because hair grow faster when you are resting. The lesser is the stress the fastest your hair grow.
